Liposculpture is one of the most commonly performed cosmetic medicine procedures. Tumescent Liposculpture is the advanced technique of permanently removing excess fat deposits in areas that are resistant to exercise and diet. 

The term tumescent means (to swell) as the treated area where the fat is going to be removed from is filled with special solution which causes it to swell during the procedure.
